Simply contact us at 1-800-548-8009 Monday - Friday, from 8AM - 4:30 PM, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will help you with your replacement claim form, as a shipping charge may apply.

Happiness Guarantee applies to puzzles purchased NEW from us directly or one of our certified retail partners. It does NOT apply to puzzles purchased second hand, or non U.S. shipping addresses.
