PUZZLE PERKS REWARDS PIECES (POINTS)

These rules govern the collection, redemption and use of PUZZLE PERKS REWARDS PIECES (White Mountain Puzzles rewards currency, formerly known as "Points"). These rules set out the terms of agreement between White Mountain Puzzles and yourself.

Pieces can be redeemed for monetary value and/or free product as stated on this page. This can be altered at the discretion of White Mountain Puzzles.

A customer's Pieces will expire after 1 year of inactivity, which is defined by no purchases or no reward redemptions within 1 years time.  If you have not made any qualifying purchases or reward redemptions within 1 year, White Mountain Puzzles reserves the right to revoke 100% of your pieces. 

White Mountain Puzzles reserve the right to vary the rate of pieces awarded per amount spent and the rate of discount per piece at any time without prior notice.

Puzzle Perks Rewards Pieces are non-transferable, have no monetary value and can only be redeemed on purchases from www.whitemountainpuzzles.com.

White Mountain Puzzles are entitled at any time to revoke any pieces if any relevant products are returned or cancelled for any reason, and a refund of the purchase price (or part of the price) is given.

White Mountain Puzzles may refuse to award any pieces if we suspect abuse or attempted abuse of the reward scheme. For the avoidance of doubt, abuse includes having multiple accounts and/or breaching any of these terms.

White Mountain Puzzles are entitled to set a limit on the number of pieces which may be awarded to each account and decide to award additional or bonus pieces at its sole discretion.

White Mountain Puzzles reserves the right to remove you from the reward scheme, decline to issue pieces, or withdraw/cancel pieces at any time at its reasonable discretion.

We also reserve the right to change, terminate, suspend or replace the Puzzle Perks Rewards scheme, or any aspect of the scheme, at any time. We will endeavour to notify customers in advance of any changes to the scheme, but we may be forced to alter it at any time if required by law or a senior authority.

The reward scheme is only for personal and consumer use only. Your pieces cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is commercial.
